2. Eligibility
This Site is intended for business-to-business (B2B) transactions. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organization and have authority to do so.
3. Product Availability and Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing, specifications, or availability without notice.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product listed incorrectly.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders placed through the Site are subject to our acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order.
Payment is due at the time of order placement unless alternate terms have been agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and other methods as listed at checkout.
5. Shipping Policy

All products are shipped FOB Origin, and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are subject to our Return Policy, which outlines the eligibility, restocking fees, and process for initiating a return. Custom orders, special-order items, and certain categories may be final sale.
7. Taxes
Customers are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is provided prior to order processing.

All content, trademarks, logos, product descriptions, images, and site design are the intellectual property of Advex Supply or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without express written consent.
